A simple gesture – such as closing your eyes and imagining that your life is a radiant river flowing harmoniously under the sun that gives you strength – dissolves stagnation, pain, blockages and conflicts within you. This month, try to find access to your ability to be in flow with life through the inner image of water. The following exercise will help you with this.

Exercise: Activating the natural flow within yourself

Find a quiet place and sit down relaxed. Breathe slowly and deeply, feel the liveliness and power of your heart rhythm. Place one hand on your heart and the other hand on your stomach below the navel and consciously focus on the rhythm of your heart and breathing. Let these two rhythms dance together in a harmonious back and forth. Then imagine yourself sitting on the bank of a river full of joy under a weeping willow. The branches of the weeping willow touch you lovingly and form a natural protection around you. The games on the surface of the water attract your attention, and you start flowing with the flowing water. If you believe that the feeling of flow is active within you, repeat the following affirmation 10 times: "I am in the flow with my life, I let myself be guided by my inner wisdom and carried through life by my inner wisdom." Then place both hands on top of each other on your navel and focus again on the rhythm of your heart and then on the calmer rhythm of your breathing. Find time for this short exercise at least 1 time per day during the month in your everyday life. By the way, you can also use them to heal your relationship with your mother.

March 2020 offers you the opportunity to gain security. The feeling of security is nourished by the ability to be at peace in the here and now. The willingness to find personal happiness in oneself and not to make it dependent on external factors, ideas and wishes is also of great importance. In order for you to feel secure, you should also develop a loving way of caring for yourself and have a loving inner dialogue with yourself.   • because he/she has left me and the dream of starting a family is broken, etc. The feeling of security is nourished by the plants of personal happiness that we can cultivate every day.

The fertilizer of these plants is primarily to stop setting conditions for our happiness and contentment. Your personal happiness requires a lot of courage from you and from all of us. It asks you to be content in the here and now and to look from lack to the abundance you have in your life. Cultivating this perspective and this habit connects you with the feeling of inner contentment, happiness and security. All feelings that connect you to the flow of life – joy of life, contentment and happiness – are detached from projects or ideas associated with happy situations in the past or with the future. They are rooted in the moment – the only moment when we can really decide how to react to what is happening in our lives.

Exercise: I want to be happy, but…

This exercise will help you figure out the extent to which the focus in your life is on lack and how disconnected you are from happiness. Sit relaxed in a quiet place where you can be undisturbed. Then pick up a pad and a candle. Light the candle, place both hands on top of each other on the navel and begin to observe the movements of the flame. Feel how you feel about it. Now imagine how the flame of life burns inside you, and feel the deep desire to give your vitality and joie de vivre space in your life. After you have consciously connected with this desire, answer and supplement the following questions and statements:

  • I will be happy if… Write down here all the conditions that you associate with your personal happiness.
  • Which people make me happy and inwardly free?
  • Which people associate me with heaviness and fear?
  • What should happen or be there for happiness to reign for me? How far is this idea from reality?

Then briefly review your answers and notes and then focus back on the flame of the candle. Feel their warmth all over your body and imagine that you are a burning fire yourself or that you are sitting in a burning golden fire that touches and cleanses all levels of your body, from the skin to the smallest cell. The cleansing effect of fire frees your body from entrenched patterns and mental beliefs that prevent you from being connected to your natural joy of life in the here and now. Now focus on the intention to simply be one with yourself in the here and now, connected to your inner power. Feel yourself becoming calmer and calmer, moving away from mental, limiting beliefs, and slowly becoming a strong, deep-rooted, pliable tree. This tree rises majestically like a pillar between heaven and earth, it lives and grows and grows. Finally, extinguish the candle and burn your records. You throw the ashes into a flowing body of water – into a river or maybe into the toilet.
