Learning to trust intuition
Take time this month to find your inner voice back. Your intuition is the language of your soul, it is your most valuable companion on your way through life. Intuition as a soul language shows up in your intuitive thoughts – in information that is suddenly there, but of which you do not know exactly where it comes from. You can't explain them rationally. Your intuition and its precious words connect you to the deepest meaning of life, to your life plan and to your vision of life.
With this article, designed as a workshop, I would like to support you in gaining access to your intuition. The following steps will let you understand the language of your soul and thus discover your authentic way of life.
Step 1 – Successfully develop your intuition
In this first step, we will try to develop a serene and fruitful intuition. We become aware that our intuition has been at our side since the first breaths in our lives. It is thanks to her that we have unlimited knowledge. Through this knowledge, we get the right information that enables us to go through life clearly.
Consciously feeling our intuition brings about significant changes for our everyday life and our personality: We become more relaxed and relaxed and have more confidence in life. We are also becoming much more willing to change decisions that have already been made and to reshape our ways. The realization of our projects and true goals is therefore much easier for us.
Open yourself to your inner voice
If we want to develop our intuition, it means first and foremost: we must express the intention to be intuitive. The moment we do this, we vigorously start a process of co-creation of reality. In this process, we are not merely victims of reality or at the mercy of the laws of fate – we become active shapers of our existence. We can determine and direct our own destiny. Everything we focus our attention on becomes reality. Expressing the decision for our intuition leads us to freedom and serenity and gives us the confidence that we are on the right track.
In everything we do in life, before every action we undertake, it is crucial to express a clear intention. If we follow the path that this article paves for us, then the development of our intuition is clearly our intention. What we need is an attitude of inner openness. And we should nurture within ourselves the feeling that life is an adventure. If we are intuitive, as nature has predicted for us, then we are open to all the possibilities that life offers and gives us. When we manifest the intention to live intuitively and desire to take the next step, we want to be surprised and guided by our intuition – with full confidence in the next step of this path.
Exercise: Express clear intentions
This exercise is about expressing your intention correctly and keeping the connection with the intention. Take half an hour and go into a quiet room where absolute peace reigns.
Now spontaneously and intuitively formulate an intention as it comes to mind. Ask yourself if you believe you are able to realize this intention. Then lie down or lean somewhere, close your eyes and let your soul dangle and your thoughts pass by for a quarter of an hour.
Open your eyes again. Now remember your intention and reformulate it. Then write them down on a colorful piece of paper. Every day after waking up and before falling asleep, you read through your statement of intent. Keep this in mind during the day and accompany the statement with positive thoughts. This way you can store them in your energy field.
Positive thinking also reinforces the clarity of your intention. You will become aware of parallels and coincidences that will accompany you in the realization of your project. Don't ask yourself, "How am I going to make it?" Stay anchored in the present and focus on what's happening now. That's the only thing that's real.
Avoid polarizing a problem. Don't think about what speaks for or against. Formulate your intentions clearly and let life surprise you.
Step 2 – Think and act consciously
When we have expressed the intention to be intuitive, three profound changes in our being await us. First of all, we are shown the ability to want something and at the same time to be able to let go. What does that mean? Very often we take on something, and it does not go as we imagined. But in hindsight, what life reserved for us is much more helpful than our original plan. Accepting this means that we want and can let go at the same time.
The second change concerns the ability to consciously deal with our inner silence and to seek this inner silence. It's about letting our rhythm slow down and finding time for our inner peace.
Finally, we develop the ability to become more alert, relaxed and calm – without fear of missing out, and without feeling not good enough or productive enough.
Exercise: Exploring the Intentions Behind My Actions
With this exercise you check the motives of your actions. Repeat this exercise four or five times every other day within two weeks.
Take half an hour in the evening. Sit comfortably, take a deep breath and answer the following questions in writing:
What important actions did you perform that day? Make a short list.
What were the intentions behind these actions? Did you want to make a good impression? Did you want to look reliable? Did you want to be friendly? Did you want to appear competent or happy? Or did you just want to do "the right thing"? Very often our motivations are not in line with our authenticity.
Answer these questions for each action you've taken during the day. Finally, turn to the following questions:
How open am I to other people? Do I accept what others tell me, or do I withdraw without really listening? Am I really listening?
If I am criticized, do I question the criticism or the source of the criticism?
Do I listen to my intuition? Do I allow the message of my intuition to determine my life?
How much confidence do I have in life?

Step 3 – Discover the fascination of chance and let yourself be guided by the favorable circumstances of your life
Maybe you have already thought of someone in the morning, right after getting up – and a little later this person suddenly stood in front of you on the tram or called you unexpectedly. In such a situation, how many times have you said to yourself, "I was just thinking about her"? And then the person materializes before your eyes. Have you ever wondered why such coincidences happen and if there is a deeper reason for what is happening in our lives? We humans tend to take many of these little signs for granted and not important. We don't pay much attention to them. Sometimes, however, we encounter coincidences that are extraordinarily strange and seem to be of great importance to us and our existence – and then they make us curious and thoughtful.
The circumstances of life are a reflection of the circumstances and beliefs stored in our subconscious. There is an invisible mechanism, an archetypal movement that drives life on. We plunge into an apparent chaos and when we focus our attention on a certain point, exactly what we need at that moment comes to move forward. Very often, such fateful coincidences occur in our lives when we need them most—when we experience a sense of emptiness, fear, and confusion.
Exercise: Becoming aware of synchronicities and questioning them
You should do this exercise if you experience an important event or feel that you have felt an important "coincidence". Then take a short time the following evening and answer the following questions in peace. But you could also write down these questions on a piece of paper and always carry them with you so that you can apply them to important synchronicities:
What did I think about recently? Do I have a positive feeling now? A feeling that builds me up? Do I have a positive feeling when I think about what just happened? How did the place where the whole scene took place affect me? How did I feel in the situation? Does it have a deeper meaning for me?
Describe the situation and feelings that are important to you in brief words, and write down your answers on a piece of paper. Put the note under your cushion and read it through the next day.
