May 2019 has the special quality to help you mobilize your inner forces and find enthusiasm again. This month invites you to discover your inner doctor and strengthen your body and energy. Take center stage and recognize your needs – the silky and balmy air of the spring days is the ideal backdrop for this.

Our awakened senses now let us emerge joyfully from hibernation. We can live our liveliness and happiness if we live in a healthy body. The body is the garment for the soul – one should do it good, then the soul is also happy to live in it.

Numerology May 2019: Activate your self-healing powers for a powerful life

The body is our travel companion in life. A powerful, healthy body has an enormous positive effect on our psyche. Strengthening the interaction between soul and body allows us to stay healthy and full of energy on a physical and psychological level.

If we are mentally and physically healthy, we will also be internally balanced.

The following exercises and the weekly program for May 2019 offer you different possibilities to activate your self-healing powers and to feel your physical and mental strength.

The famous physician Albert Schweitzer used to say: "Every person has a doctor inside him – his own self-healing powers." – Decide to stay physically, mentally and emotionally healthy, and invite your self-healing powers to become active within yourself.

Our body and mind have self-healing powers. Positive and constructive thoughts, supportive and pleasant feelings as well as trust in life allow us to activate our inner doctor. In this way, we can feel more consciously and intuitively what is good for us and what is beneficial for our mental and physical health.

Let yourself be accompanied step by step by this exercise program, and enjoy a serene and clear mind in a healthy body.

Numerology May 2019: Use relaxation as a source of strength – 1st week of May

If you find it difficult to take time to relax, then consciously plan relaxation dates: Fix fixed periods and enter them in the calendar like business appointments – and stick to them just as carefully.

If you do something regularly and with pleasure, then it becomes flesh and blood and becomes a habit. Regular relaxation is a valuable habit that contributes significantly to your well-being.

Leave the hustle and bustle behind, even if it's only for a few minutes. Calm your body and your thoughts, dream – this is pure relaxation!

Exercise: Relax naturally

Take a posture where the spine is straight. This can be standing, sitting or lying down. Now place the tongue on the upper palate behind the incisors. Breathe in and out through your nose.

Start with long, thorough exhalations until the lungs are completely empty. Wait a few seconds with your lungs empty.

When the "hunger for air" has become clear, let the air flow in by itself. Notice how it flows into the body. Don't try to breathe in particularly deeply or stretch the body while breathing – the breath comes and goes as it pleases. After inhalation, wait a few seconds with your lungs full.

Let the air flow out again and watch the lungs empty. Stay empty again for a few seconds and repeat the cycle about twenty times.

Resist the temptation to take a deep breath – this will make you cramp and limit your breathing volume in the long run. The air takes its space by itself. The body is much more stretchable in a relaxed state, and it absorbs far more air in the long term than when we force it to breathe.

Take time for this exercise every day in the evening.

Numerology May 2019: Healthy and free through the power of emotions – 2nd and 3rd week of May

If we constantly repress our feelings, even though we consciously perceive them, we stand in our own way. In addition to the tormenting emotions, there is also the pain caused by repression. Because repressed things burden us unconsciously and are registered by the level of consciousness like a general feeling of discomfort. Often we remain stuck in this level of discomfort because we do not find the strength to go deep. Behind this is often the fear of losing control and realizing the truth – the truth about us, our situation, our relationships, our whole life. We begin to live the change consciously when we realize that even negative feelings and pain have a reason and a message for us. Conscious or unconscious feelings of guilt have a debilitating effect on us and our intentions.

May 2019 is the perfect time to get rid of emotional baggage

Expressing pain, anger, despair, powerlessness, and other feelings allows us to be free and serene. We should start a process through which we can let go of our old stressful emotions in order to finally find an inner way out. Letting go of these emotionssupports your power and strengthens your self-healing powers. The following exercise will help you clear your emotions and express them to transform them.

We should learn from our emotions and feelings, especially the painful and negative ones: if we give them space, we can transform them and thus create power and positivity. However, if we stagnate in negative emotions, feelings of fear, separation and loneliness grow within us.

Exercise: Clarification of emotions and feelings

Take about two hours for this exercise. If you are not feeling well, if you have felt or feel anger, sadness, despair or other negative feelings, then allow yourself to transform your emotions with the help of this exercise. Don't get emotionally stuck!

The first step is about feeling and accepting your emotions and feelings.

Sit down, close your eyes and guide your hands to the solar plexus. Internally answer the question of how you feel now. For a minute, describe in detail what you feel and write down your emotions or the main feeling you felt on a piece of paper. Use words like anger, sadness, or fear.

After you could feel your main feeling or your emotional combinations and have written everything down, you put the note with your notes on an armchair. Then place the chair in front of you. Feel what the sheet of paper on which your negative emotions are written is doing to you.

Now close your eyes again, place your hands on the solar plexus and say in a loud voice to this feeling on the piece of paper: "I am ready to let you go, I choose a new approach to my pain." With this you recognize and accept the message of this emotional state. Then repeat once or twice the sentence: "I am ready to let go of these feelings, these emotions, I choose transformation and freedom." Now write down everything you can think of and what you might need to change your situation.

Then break down what you just wrote down into three steps. What are the next three steps necessary to change feelings? Talking to someone, maybe making an innovation in life, getting help…? Write down the three steps you will take within the next four weeks. Then take a deep breath.

At the end of the exercise, you write a short farewell letter to your incriminating feelings and emotions. Emphasize two aspects: that you are very grateful to be able to have this experience and that it is very valuable for you to be able to learn from it. Also, consciously manifest the intention to let go of your negative feelings. Burn the letter at the end of the exercise and throw the ashes into a stream or river.

Do this exercise at the beginning of the fifth week.

Numerology May 2019: Recognizing the inner observer – 4 May week

What we allow on an emotional level, we subsequently manifest physically – we are partially blocked and freeze. Our breathing becomes shallower and more pressed, and blockages arise, which usually have to do with an inhibited emotional expression. These blockages are not only noticeable, but also become visible in the body structure over time.

Our handling of emotions and feelings is also evident in our rhythm and the way we breathe. If we consciously focus our attention on the blockages of the body, we can remedy our reduced mobility.

Exercise: Find your inner observer

Take twenty minutes and find a quiet place and a comfortable position while sitting.

Breathe ten times deeply into the abdomen and ten times deeply into the chest. Carefully observe your breathing without controlling it. Try to stay relaxed but awake and focus on the natural rhythm of your breathing. Register how the breath flows into your body and how you exhale. Feel how your breathing connects you with your life force, feel what a perfect observer you are. You feel vast inner spaces filled with peace. All opinions, judgments, patterns no longer apply. Let your thoughts pass, perceive your feelings in the body, experience how relaxation slowly spreads. Thank every part of your body. Let your thoughts pass by – without making judgments – even now: just observe, let everything happen. Feel, stay in your center. Take a deep breath. Feelings and perceptions emerge. Accept them and remain in the observer role.

Try to consciously let go of the excitements of everyday life in this exercise. Let your thoughts pass you by in circles without identifying with the emotions associated with them. Give yourself time to relax – watch your breathing, feel your entire body. To finish the exercise, breathe deeply into your stomach three times and slowly open your eyes again.

If you do this exercise twice a week in the morning – preferably immediately after waking up – you will increase the abilities of your inner observer. You will cope with the day more calmly and feel your intuitive perceptions more alert and clear.
